The former WWE producer Road Dogg has been rejected by AEW.
Indeed, that is what the principal subject stated on Twitter today. During an exchange with Dave Meltzer and some fans, Road Dogg asserted that AEW turned down his candidacy because of his political opinions.
Road Dogg confirms his support for President Donald Trump, and notes that Tony Khan’s father has actually donated to Trump in the past:
”Actually, I was rejected because of my political beliefs and core convictions. This happened in the United States.”
I did not donate to Trump and I did not vote for him, BUT his father did. Why was I punished ?”
Now it’s clear that the former WWE head producer will not be hired by AEW.

Road Dogg’s case has generated plenty of chatter since his departure from WWE. Rumors had him making his debut on the TNA side in a similar role, but discussions have stalled with no further information leaking out.
&13;
AEW’s stance on the matter is clear: a differing political vision. In the meantime, Road Dogg keeps himself busy with autograph signings and appearances on the independent circuit.

His message on Twitter :
Actually, I was turned away because of my political/core beliefs
That happened IN AMERICA 🇺🇸
I didn’t donate to or vote for Trump, BUT his old man did, why was I punished ?
