After the WrestleMania 42 letdown, Stephanie Vaquer is determined to exact her revenge…
During the RAW on September 7, Liv Morgan defended her world title in Birmingham against her fiercest rival, the Primera. The member of Judgment Day steps toward the ring surprisingly alone. From the opening seconds of the bout, the champion tried to flee, but the Chilean caught her.
For long minutes, Liv pressed her advantage on her opponent. It was hard for Stephanie to mount a counter against the American’s onslaught. We had never seen Vaquer endure so much in WWE. With a smug look, Morgan shouted “I’m better than you” as she slapped the Primera. The challenger began to respond, finally, with sweeps and strikes. The challenger broke the world champion’s leg, before delivering her Devil’s Kiss at the center of the ring. But that wouldn’t be enough; more would be needed.
The two women continued to battle outside the ring. The Chilean planted her Devil’s Kiss on the commentators’ table to the delight of the fans. The match lasts much longer than their WrestleMania duel, and that’s good news: Stephanie Vaquer and Liv Morgan were allowed to fight without restraint. But of course, Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez intervened to hinder the Primera.
But the referee spotted the Intercontinental Champion: out goes La Más Ruda! Becky Lynch stepped in to remove the Prodigy, and Liv Morgan took advantage of the referee not paying attention to strike Stephanie Vaquer with the belt. She plants her Oblivion to pin her opponent for good! Liv Morgan retains her World Championship !
