If there is one underrated female wrestler on SmackDown, it’s Kiana James.
In recent months, the former NXT star has proven that she is more than just Giulia’s bodyguard: her agility and quickness have won the hearts of some fans. Charlotte Flair is very close to Kiana James: the two women socialize outside the rings and even train together regularly. Interviewed on Stephanie McMahon’s podcast “What’s Your Story”, the Queen complimented her friend by sharing an anecdote.
She states :
« I told her once, I think it was after the Elimination Chamber qualifiers… She was stressed about something. I told her: “Listen, I’ve been doing this a long time, and you make me want to push myself further. You’ve done everything you were supposed to do.” When I’m in the ring with her, I tell myself: “Oh, wow. She gives me a run for my money.” She is going to become a real star. »
However, since the end of her rivalry with Giulia, Kiana James has not appeared on SmackDown. The 29-year-old wrestler has not wrestled since July 24, 2026. It was against Chelsea Green: a match she lost in only three minutes. Do you think Kiana James is underrated?
