If you haven’t seen the clip, it’s Rhea Ripley attending a wrestling training session and walking without any knee brace. Because the brace was absent, several fans wondered whether she was ready for her return or not.
Rhea Ripley clearly spotted the video on her For You page as she replied to it, saying she had started walking last week, but what it takes to wrestle is a whole different ball game:
“Walking and wrestling are very different 😅 I relearned how to walk last week, so don’t get too excited, be patient with me.”
As mentioned on Catch-Newz, Ripley underwent knee surgery in August 2026, while healing did not proceed as planned. A situation that forced WWE to crown a new champion while she awaited her return.
In any case, today we learn that Rhea Ripley is making progress in her rehabilitation, having resumed walking and, undoubtedly, soon getting back to physical activities involving the knee joint. The upcoming news about Ripley will be worth watching.
