MLP MAYHEM RESULTS – SEPTEMBER 23, 2026
– Before the theme song and the show proper, viewers were treated to a recap of last week’s happenings, notably Priscilla Kelly’s victory to capture the MLP Women’s Championship from Gisèle Shaw.
In this segment, Priscilla Kelly celebrated and thanked everyone who believed in her, even when she was at her lowest.
The show then opened with Stu Grayson stepping through the ropes for the first bout of the night against Dior Nollins, who was already in the ring.
Singles Match
Stu Grayson vs Dior Nolins
At the conclusion of a match that lasts only a few seconds, Stu Grayson nails Dior Nollins with a Running High Knee, followed by a Night Fall, and pins him for the victory.

After the match, Stu Grayson grabs the microphone and calls the puppet master behind “The Moving Arm,” Josh Alexander, to come down to the ring. Don Callis has barely enough time to remove his helmet when Josh Alexander’s music hits. The current MLP Canadian Champion asks Callis to stay put, as he will handle the Grayson situation. Alexander tells Grayson that he should stop looking for scapegoats and instead focus on their Northern Rising match. He extends a professional gesture, offering Grayson a handshake. The two men shake hands in a stiff, manly clasp, but Alexander lands a right hand. Grayson fires back, but Alexander manages to retreat.
– A promo from Nikki Storm airs in which the wrestler promises to deal with the Priscilla Kelly situation at the Northern Rising PPV.

Alexia Nicole (accompanied by Kris Chambers & Taylor Rising) vs Alice Crowley
At the end of the bout, Alexia Nicole takes advantage of Kris Chambers and Taylor Rising distracting Alice Crowley to apply a Small Package for the three-count.

After the match, Alexia Nicole, Kris Chambers & Taylor Rising attempt to assault Alice Crowley, but Jody Threat comes to Crowley’s aid.
– A promo is shown with Crazzy Steve confirming that he is the one who whispered in Psycho Mike’s ear, using him to carry out the dirty work due to his instability. He vows to keep chaos reigning in MLP at the expense of Psycho Mike.
6 Man Tag Team Match
Johnny TV, TJP & Gabriel Fuerza vs El Reverso, Luiji Primo & Mo Jabari
At the end of the bout, Gabriel Furza nails El Reverso with an Enzuigiri, then Johnny TV hits his legendary Starship Pain followed by the pin for the victory.

– A segment airs featuring Deonna Purrazzo collecting Steve Maclin at the police station.
The two are in a car when Adam Copeland calls, revealing that he has posted bail despite Maclin’s vile actions because he wants him in the ring on October 3, at the Northern Rising PPV, to destroy him with his own hands.

Andrade El Idolo vs Karl Anderson (accompanied by Doc Gallows)
In the closing moments, Andrade El Idolo knocks Karl Anderson with his Dia de los Muertos finisher, then follows with a DM before pinning for the win.

Following the bout, Doc Gallows attempts to attack Andrade, but Capitan Suicida makes his entrance. He suddenly turns on the current AEW National Champion, revealing another twist. After delivering several chair shots to Andrade, the masked man removes his mask to reveal Rohan Raja—a trap set by Raja as he approaches his match against Andrade at Northern Rising.
The show ends with Rohan Raja celebrating his bold stunt.
