After that magnificent tribute show for Pac last Wednesday, the wrestlers were relieved.
AEW talent paid a flawless homage to the late English wrestler by delivering a magical night from A to Z. This Dynamite on September 30 was praised by critics. On his YouTube channel, Speedball Mike Bailey spoke about his feelings and those of his colleagues following this emotionally draining show.
He states:
“A very, very long day. A day that was deeply moving, but I think in the end it turned out to be a very good day. The backstage atmosphere after the show was very different. The fact that we all got to watch the tribute video they had created, which was aired at the end of Dynamite, and that everyone could simply sit down and cry together after delivering such a wonderful show…”
“I believe the most fitting tribute we could offer was simply to present an incredible wrestling show, with standout matches where every bout is excellent, because everyone puts their heart into making each match as good as possible.”
