This fall frightened fans everywhere last week…
On Saturday, October 10, during the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match, Lola Vice and Jacy Jayne took a heavy tumble onto a ladder, then fell outside the ring. The two former NXT wrestlers did not anticipate such a crash, and the viral moment circulated across social networks, understandably worrying many fans. A few days after the premium live event, Lola Vice spoke out about the incident.
She declares, on WWE Ahora:
“Well, I had Jacy in an MMA choke, and when I put her to sleep, she toppled backward and I went down with her. I thought the story was over, then suddenly the ladder tipped backward and literally threw me out of the ring. And because of that ladder, I didn’t win Money in the Bank. It hurt a lot and I was truly scared at that moment. But looking back now, thank God it happened this way, because I could have been seriously injured.”
Two days after her fall, Lola Vice did not appear on the post-Money in the Bank RAW. We hope she makes a swift recovery.
