Dorian Van Dux Out of WWE NXT for the Next Two Months

October 20, 2026

Dorian Van Dux has landed back on the injury list once again, but this time for a longer duration.

During the WWE NXT on October 20, 2026, his partner Sean Legacy delivered the bad news that Dorian Van Dux would be sidelined for the next two months. Legacy confirmed that DVD is holding up well despite this path to recovery.

We have to go back to early in the month when Dorian Van Dux and Sean Legacy were slated to take part in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, but they lost their spot due to an attack by Birthright. An assault that had injured Dorian Van Dux once again within the storyline.

We must not forget that Dorian Van Dux had been pulled from competition previously due to a punctured lung. WWE had announced that he had received medical clearance, but all signs point to the contrary since he has not competed in any official match since September 15, 2026, and that initial injury announcement.

WWE has not disclosed the nature of this new injury for Dorian Van Dux. Regardless, the outcome remains the same as the Belgian wrestler will be absent from NXT for the next two months, i.e., until the very end of 2026.
