The WWE has completed its end-of-year schedule for 2026, and it becomes clear that SmackDown for Christmas 2026 will not be live.
Indeed, WWE announced that on Monday, December 21, 2026 two shows will take place in one evening. There will be a live Raw, followed by tapings for SmackDown on December 25, 2026.
These events will take place at the Capital One Arena in Washington, United States, for the holiday-season shows. A venue that WWE visits frequently.
As this article is being written, it remains to be confirmed whether SmackDown will actually air on December 25 in its usual time slot. It will all depend on the American broadcaster USA Network and its holiday programming, which will be announced in the coming weeks.
