It’s official, Will Ospreay will defend his world championship against Jon Moxley at AEW All Out 2026!
During the September 2, 2026 edition of Dynamite, Tony Khan announced the match at the very end of the show. While Moxley had just saved Ospreay from an attack by Gabe Kidd, the poster for the bout was revealed on the TitanTron.
The announcement caught Moxley and Ospreay by surprise, as you can see in the video a little further down. Khan decided to give Moxley this chance because of his victory in the Continental Challenge tournament and his ability to retain the title.
Just as AEW World Champion @WillOspreay and @JonMoxley looked to be back on the same page, it was announced that they’ll battle for the AEW World Title at #AEWAllOut, Saturday 9/26!
