Chris Bey Reflects on Two Years After His Injury

October 27, 2026

It has already been two years since Chris Bey suffered a TNA injury that completely changed his life.

An injury affecting the cervical area that could have left him paralyzed for life, but he chose to fight to recover. He spent the first year working on his mobility and regaining the use of his legs, as noted by Catch-Newz.

For this second year, Chris Bey declares that he put in the effort at the gym to push himself further in order to regain tone. He specifies that he does not know what the future holds for the third year:

”Day 730… 2 YEARS !

Two years ago, my life was forever changed by a tragic injury. The truth is that my story began that day. My new story. The Greatest Story Ever Told. I will be eternally grateful for the love that each and every one of you has shown me. None of this would have been possible without God, without the incredible doctors, physical therapists and occupational therapists, and without the love of my life, BB. Year 1 consisted of relearning to walk. Defying all prognoses. Relearning how to function. Year 2 consisted of pushing myself in the gym. Year 3? Only God knows. Stay by my side on this endless journey, I will continue to motivate you, and I am more determined than ever to continue surprising you. Thank you. I love you.”

And as you can see in the video, he has indeed regained muscle :

As he notes, his future in wrestling remains something to watch.
