Pac, also known as Neville, died 24 hours after AEW All Out.
The cause or circumstances of his death have not been disclosed. Today, the New York Post obtained police records, shedding more light on Pac’s final moments.
Indeed, Pac was found unconscious in his vehicle in the parking lot of a CAVA restaurant in the United States on September 27, 2026. He was pronounced dead at 4:08 p.m. local time. The cause of death remains pending further testing following the initial autopsy.
It was late in the afternoon when restaurant patrons had seen Pac unresponsive in his vehicle. Patrons quickly dialed 911 to call for help, and they retrieved medical equipment from inside the CAVA restaurant in an attempt to resuscitate the wrestler before the arrival of emergency services according to testimonies collected by the New York Post.
An ambulance, a police car and firefighters arrived at the scene promptly. In the authorities’ audio recordings, one can hear that they were unable to confirm his breathing:
“Subject slumped in his vehicle; Unable to confirm breathing at the moment.”
They can then be heard confirming that Pac had been found dead upon their arrival at the scene.
An Autopsy to Confirm
Pac was 40 years old at the time of his death. The autopsy results will help determine the reason behind his sudden death. It is also noted that no signs of trauma were observed, so nothing appears suspicious and unlikely to indicate foul play.
Not to forget that 24 hours earlier he was on the AEW ring at All Out 2026 in a match against Andrade El Idolo. Time has passed, and the wrestling world remains shaken by the news.
