Dorian Van Dux Set to Return to the Ring for the Dusty Rhodes Classic

Dorian Van Dux has confirmed on his social media that he is officially ready to return to action inside the WWE NXT ring.

Indeed, Sean Legacy and Van Dux shared a video in which Dorian Van Dux calls Legacy to tell him that he had just completed cardio and had received clearance from the WWE doctor to return.

A reassuring update for Van Dux, who had been forced to withdraw from an NXT match on September 22, 2026 due to an injury. WWE announced that the Belgian wrestler was suffering from a punctured lung.

Despite the injury announcement, NXT officials chose to keep him in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament, simply postponing his match to the end to ensure that he would be fully ready. Now, everyone is fully prepared.

Van Dux and Legacy are set to face the Tokyo Bad Boyz in the opening round of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.
