As you know, the world of professional wrestling is mourning the passing of Benjamin “PAC” Satterly, also known as Neville during his WWE days, who was found dead behind the wheel of his vehicle.
Today, Dragon Gate Japan Pro-Wrestling is kicking off Day 1 of its The Gate Of Victory show at Korakuen Hall, the results of which you can find right here.
Before the event began, the promotion as well as the performers, notably Dragon Kid, paid a solemn tribute to PAC with ten tolls of the bells. Immediately after, Dragon Kid led his PARADOX team alongside Luis Mante to victory over the Natural Vibes with Punch Tominaga. It was at that moment that Dragon Kid, Natuki Doi, Susu Yokosuka and Luis Mante celebrated, while proudly brandishing the photo of the late PAC.
Before joining WWE and then AEW, Benjamin Satterly was a highlight of Dragon Gate Japan Pro-Wrestling, where he delighted wrestling fans with legendary battles, notably against Dragon Kid or Shingo Takagi, to name only a few.
Once again, a very beautiful tribute from the Land of the Rising Sun.
Dragon Gate opened today’s show with its roster and staff coming to the ring to bid farewell to PAC, and Dragon Kid speaking about him, before continuing with the 10-bell ceremony.
