A first match has just been added to the AEW Grand Slam France lineup.
During AEW Dynamite on September 23, 2026, Nick Wayne invited Chris Jericho for a Paris rematch and Jericho accepted the offer! On one side, Wayne wants to prove that he can defeat the veteran. On the other, Jericho aims to prove that Wayne is nothing more than a kid with untapped potential.
The two men have been locked in this rivalry for several weeks. It was on September 16 on Dynamite that Jericho defeated Wayne in their first match. After the bout, Wayne attacked Jericho with a low blow to seek revenge.
This brings us to AEW Grand Slam Paris, which will take place on October 6, 2026 at the Adidas Arena, where this rematch will occur. It is the first match announced for this Dynamite-themed show. Good news for French fans who hoped to see the legend Jericho in action once again.
Ticket sales are still via TicketMaster at this link for this first-ever AEW show in France. Prices currently range from €73 to €250 for five hours of programming. And it should be noted that on this night AEW will record AEW Grand Slam France and AEW Collision.
