Johnny Gargano to Rey Fenix: You and Your Stupid Brother Have No Honor

November 7, 2026

Rey Fenix clearly seems to have identified the identity of his next opponent.

Last night on SmackDown, the Cruiserweight Champion witnessed Sami Zayn’s behavior up close… The Canadian appears to have changed in recent months. In the backstage area after he handed Jimmy Uso to the fists of “946,” Sami was confronted by the luchador. The latter stared at Zayn for several long seconds with a disdainful look.

Johnny Gargano arrived moments later to calm the undisputed champion. After SmackDown aired, WWE released a video on social media in which Johnny Wrestling violently confronts Rey Fenix. The former North American Champion states in particular that Rey Fenix and « his stupid brother » have no honor. The Cruiserweight Champion did not back down, and offered to his rival a match soon, to prove who is the best.

Rey Fenix has been the AAA Cruiserweight Champion for 161 days. Is Johnny Gargano capable of dethroning him?
