Summary of KHAO: Return to the Roots, August 22, 2026
The Blanc-Mesnil crowd packs the venue as summer winds down: today, the lineup is EXCEPTIONAL at KHAO. The federation delivered a strong hand with a street fight, an ambulance match, and a City Rumble… If you missed this show, here are the results of the second installment of Return to the Roots.
Simple Match
Beef T (accompanied by César) vs Leedz Lewis (accompanied by Ibra)
To kick off this wrestling afternoon, César’s right-hand man entered to a chorus of boos. Opposing him stood the French GCW sensation Leedz Lewis, stepping in to challenge his foe. Two days earlier, Leedz had been in the United States for a tour on the other side of the world. And today, he’s here. Facing the exceptional agility of his opponent, Beef T struggles to keep up. While Beef T had just connected with his Starship Pain, César interrupted the pin by yanking the referee’s leg. While Leedz argued with the promoter, Emi Blaze appeared from nowhere to strike her rival Beef T. The referee called for the disqualification.
Winner: Beef T by disqualification
Ambulance Match
Cory Zero vs Agathe Aries
This rivalry has kept fans on the edge for months. Cory Zero would finally get a shot at his ultimate foe, Thiago Montero, in the first-ever Ambulance match in French wrestling history. After welcoming Cory, Thiago’s protegée Agathe Ariès announced that her partner could not be present due to an injury. She struck her rival with a microphone. The match began with Agathe attacking Cory with belt shots, and the two women battled atop the ambulance for the fans’ delight. In the end, Cory Zero emerged victorious, trapping Agathe Aries inside the ambulance.
Winner: Cory Zero
Rumble in the City
Jadon Carter vs Lio Jayce vs Isaiah Morales vs Dadou Bazooka vs Kuro vs Victor VI vs Wesley Kage vs “Black” Jax vs El Maestro vs Griff vs Jafar Jordan vs El Bombo vs Cuerdo vs SMS vs Nils’n vs MC Vadocq vs Michael Oku vs Hellmer vs Zackaria vs Chahira vs JGU vs Princess Lauriana vs Cian Noonan vs Mecca vs Ahukah vs Isaac Machado vs Sturry vs Akindele vs Levi Muir vs Leedz Lewis
This match was highly anticipated: behold the City Rumble! The only way to win is to be the last survivor in the ring, tossing opponents over the top rope as in WWE. The opening entrants were the Starboyz: the two partners would clash to determine who was the best. Isaiah Morales was the first eliminated, with the Starboyz briefly allying to boot the young wrestler. The first star to enter is Kuro, arriving in the fifth position to a roar from the crowd.
The towering Wesley Kage made his entrance at the seventh position. One of this Rumble’s favorites, Valeur + member Griff, burst in from the tenth position. Mr Hype managed to eliminate both Starboyz. Griff managed to survive in epic fashion, only to be eliminated soon after. MC Vadocq, Kuro’s rival, racked up three eliminations. Outside the ring, a massive brawl erupted. One of the circuit’s biggest stars and RevPro champion Michael Oku entered to confront Kuro.
Cheered by Blanc-Mesnil’s crowd, JGU entered at the twenty-first position. The Rumble’s favorite, Mecca, stepped in to face his greatest foe Kuro. But the APC champion himself was eliminated by Mr Hype quickly after a low blow. YouTuber Sturry even joined the fray during this match. The final three participants were Michael Oku, Kuro, and Leedz Lewis. After a last showdown between Leedz and Mr Hype, it was Lewis who eliminated Kuro to win this City Rumble. Thanks to this victory, the 30th entrant will soon challenge the KHAO champion.
Winner: Leedz Lewis
3-on-3 Team Match
Balkan Brothers (Skaar, Coda Reznov and Cuma Bolat) vs Idolatry (Nate Prince, Erin Ordo) & Cory Zero
With Josh T sidelined by injury, Nate Prince and Erin Ordo chose to face their opponents as a two-person team. However, Cesar did not agree with this arrangement, so the boss added Cory Zero to the mix, a former Idolatry member and Nate’s long-time rival. Tensions ran high and, after a brutal clash, the referee was knocked down. She decided to call an end to the contest.
Winners: None
Street Fight
TLB vs Lashka (c)
No rules in this main event at Blanc-Mesnil: this street fight promised to be wild between challenger TLB and KHAO’s champion Lashka. Right from the start, TLB attacks his rival with a neon light. The two men brawl outside the ring, and the first drops of blood stain the canvas. After many minutes of brutal back-and-forth, with TLB seemingly on the verge of victory, Beef T and Hellmer intervened to break the pin. The bout rages on, with TLB being attacked by another masked wrestler as well as César… Against all odds, the young challenger finally collapses after holding on for so long.
Winner: Lashka
