For nearly a decade, female wrestlers have shined at WWE.
The feminine revolution has shaken the wrestling industry to our great delight. On October 28, 2018, Evolution made history for the company: a 100% women’s card to showcase these ladies. Eight years later, announcer Lilian Garcia reflected on that PPV on social media.
She states :
« Eight years ago this week, a page of history was written!
I still remember my early days at WWE: there were shows where I was the only woman on the entire show. Then, on October 28, 2018, I was there, witnessing a historic moment at WWE’s very first all-women show: Evolution.
What an immense honor it has been to participate in an event entirely dedicated to highlighting the athletic abilities, the talent, the strength, and the extraordinary passion of WWE’s women! Seeing how far we had come and watching these incredible women take the spotlight they deserved so much is a moment I will never forget. I love these women so much! »

In 2025, seven years after the first edition, Evolution’s second installment took place in Atlanta. An exceptional PLE, praised by critics last year. Would you like to see another 100% women’s PLE in the near future?
