LJ Cleary to Miss Most of 2027

October 31, 2026

The independent professional wrestler LJ Cleary will be sidelined for the remainder of 2026 and a significant portion of 2027.

He announced the unfortunate news on October 30, 2026 that he was dealing with an injury and he will be out of action for the next 9 to 12 months. A development that means he must cancel all of his upcoming shows.

He wrote on Twitter :

“It breaks my heart to have to post this. This morning I was diagnosed with an injury that requires surgery and will sideline me for 9 to 12 months.”

“There is never a good time to get hurt, but it stings especially now as I was riding the momentum of my career, generally having the best year of my career with big projects on the horizon.”

“But that’s the nature of the business. Thanks to everyone who has supported me so far, it’s only a temporary slowdown in the grand plan of this wonderful life.”

“See you all soon, everyone. x”
