Max Caster Retires From Pro Wrestling Indefinitely

October 18, 2026

“In a single day, I started and finished a contract with TNA. I issued a statement, I explained myself, and I apologized to many people, but the only group I haven’t had the chance to apologize to is all the fans. I truly appreciate the support and everyone who reached out after what happened. A lot of people were excited to watch TNA for the first time or to dive back into the company, and now many are disappointed that I won’t be on the show. Thank you to all of you here at ACW for hosting me. For that, I say I love you and thank you.”

“I don’t know what my next step will be. I don’t know where I’ll be, but I’m going to stay away from the rings for a good while. I’m going home, I’m going to undergo therapy, I’m going to put things in order so that the next time I step into the ring, I’ll feel at home.”

Max Caster clearly intends to take time for his mental health. One can imagine that this is a difficult period, especially since he believed he could relaunch after AEW.
