Reckless Conduct Case Involving Vince McMahon Is Closed

October 15, 2026

The reckless driving case against Vince McMahon has officially been closed.

PWInsider confirms that Vince McMahon has completed his final year with a clean driving record and no other accidents. A result that means the charges for reckless driving are completely erased from his record as of October 15, 2026.

As a reminder, Vince McMahon had a car accident in July 2025 a few hours before Hulk Hogan’s death. An accident in which he was found at fault due to speeding above the allowed limit and following the other driver too closely.

Vince McMahon had won his case without formal conviction, but he was required to maintain a clean driving record for the coming year and to donate $1,000 to a charitable organization. Two elements that he has completed.

So this July 2025 story is now a thing of the past.
