This summer, Stardom staged its annual 5 Star Grand Prix tournament. After a month of competition, 31 stars were eliminated and a single competitor emerged as the grand winner.
Thus, Starlight Kid and Rina first claimed the semifinal matches by defeating Suzu Suzuki and Maika respectively. The final took place later in the same show, and it was… Rina who won Stardom’s 2026 edition of the 5 Star Grand Prix.
At only 19 years old, Rina becomes the youngest winner in the tournament’s history. In recent years, she had already become Future of Stardom Champion, New Blood Tag Team Champion alongside Azusa Inaba, and Artist of Stardom Champion with Fukigen Death and Konami.
Rina reacted to her victory on social media :
