One might think these two are the best of friends in the world.
CM Punk and Danhausen have become friends on social media, before growing considerably closer at AEW in 2022. Today, the two Chicagoans are competing in WWE. And Danhausen said it bluntly on the media First We Feast: he would not do this job if Punk hadn’t been there.
He states:
“It’s thanks to him that Danhausen wrestles. Without CM Punk, Danhausen wouldn’t be a wrestler. He’s the one who pushed Danhausen back into wrestling, and then to tell himself: “Oh, I should conquer the world through wrestling. That’s a good idea. ” He’s a bit of a mentor, but also a very good friend.”
For now, CM Punk and Danhausen have shared segments only at live events or on WWE’s social networks. Would you like to see them together on television?
