In addition to having included the special WWE Worlds Collide show in the same city and on the same date as AEW All Out 2026, WWE also wants a show that starts at the same time. WrestleVotes confirms today that Worlds Collide will start later than usual, at 2:00 AM Paris time, or 8:00 PM Montreal time.
The idea is to have Worlds Collide begin at the same hour as All Out. According to WrestleVotes, this is not a coincidence but a genuine intention to mount a direct rivalry with AEW’s PPV.
A Return to Normal After Worlds Collide
For the rest of 2026, the PLEs will return to their usual start times of midnight Paris time, or 6:00 PM Montreal time. Money in the Bank on October 10 and Survivor Series on November 28 are currently planned for this window.
Clearly WWE is stepping up the competition with AEW. For the first time, two PLE/PPVs meet in the same city, on the same date and at the same time. It will be interesting to see the outcome.
On the AEW side, the company has already begun announcing matches. On WWE’s side, the lineup remains to be watched. The ratings results and ticket sales will be watched closely.
