WWE NXT: Noam Dar, Romeo Moreno, and the Creed Brothers Advance in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic

The competition is on!

On NXT on September 22, 2026, the 11th edition of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic kicked off in Orlando. In this opening round, two talented teams faced off in Florida: Romeo Moreno and Noam Dar took on Los Americanos, Rayo and Bravo.

The two Mexican wrestlers controlled the pace from the start; their impeccable technique could spell trouble for this tournament if they advance. With flair, Bravo vaulted to the outside of the ring onto his opponents, to the crowd’s great delight. After a flurry of hard exchanges, the match swung. Noam and Romeo teamed up to neutralize Bravo and move forward in the tournament.

Later in the evening, the favorites to win this competition, the Creed Brothers, then faced Harley Riggins and Jax Presley. The latter did not last long against the power of Brutus and Julius. Thanks to their double-team maneuver, the Creed Brothers qualified and will likely face Hank & Tank in the next round.
